The Profill line of rotary can fillers, introduced in 2016, revolutionized the craft beverage industry. Inline dial fillers, which were the norm before, couldn’t match the efficiency and speed of rotary can fillers. Rotary fillers ensure consistent and continuous operation, maintaining the product's quality from filling to sealing. This seamless movement minimizes DO (dissolved oxygen) pickup, reduces contamination risk, and preserves product clarity and integrity.
The Profill V’s accuracy, about half a percent, enhances operational efficiency significantly. Its ability to adjust fill volumes on the fly—whether it’s 11 oz, 11.2 oz, or the standard 12 oz—adds a layer of versatility.
