Hey, we're here at the Pro Brew booth at CBC in Nashville, and we're standing in front of our Alchemator system. This system is fantastic for producers looking to manufacture non-alcoholic (NA) beers as well as seltzer products. We use a series of cross-flow membranes to separate the water and alcohol from your fermented product, giving you the ability to create those low or NA products on the beer side, as well as providing a crystal-clear seltzer base on the other side.
It's perfect for those in the brewery space, those specifically focused on seltzers who want to clean up their products, or anyone looking to experiment with unique recipe ideas for all types of products you might want to put on your tap list.
