Using true counter-pressure gravity filling technology, these systems minimize dissolved oxygen (DO) pickup and gas loss, helping to extend product shelf life—essential for commercial kombucha brewing solutions. ProFill Rotary Can Filler and Seamers come equipped with tangential transfer and rotary seaming technology for smooth can handover, followed by a strategic double-sealed seamer to optimize packaging efficiency and minimize waste.

High-Temperature, Short Time Pasteurization for Kombucha

ProBrew’s FlashPas system ensures the safe and successful production of kombucha, supporting large scale kombucha brewing with advanced flash pasteurization technology. Our state-of-the-art flash pasteurizers maintain continuous product flow while carefully regulating process speed, exposing the liquid to temperatures of 160°F to 165°F for 15 to 30 seconds, followed by a rapid cool down to 39.2°F to 42°F. This process eliminates harmful microorganisms, ensuring high product quality and extended shelf life—key for commercial kombucha brewing solutions.
